Drivers Arrested for DUI and Other Offenses

Retail Theft

Barbara Baier, 67, of Park Ridge, was arrested April 2 at 11:30 a.m. in the 1900 block of Tower Dr. and charged with Retail Theft. She was released on a $1,000 D-Bond with a court date set for April 22.

Joseph Gizzi, 23, of Huntley, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. April 3 in the 1700 block of Monterey Dr. and charged with Driving Under the Influence – Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence – BAC .08 or more, Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident, and Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle. He was released on a $1,000 D-Bond with a court date set for April 22.

Driving With a Suspended Driver’s License

Adolfo Lopez, 50, of Chicago, was arrested April 3 at 1 p.m. in the 1900 block of East Lake Ave. and charged with Driving With a Suspended Driver’s License. He was released on a $1,500 D-Bond with a court date set for April 22.

No Valid Driver’s License

Alejandro Sanchez, 25, of Chicago, was arrested April 3 at 11 p.m. in the 500 block of Milwaukee Ave. and charged with No Valid Driver’s License, Driving Without Lights When Required and was cited under village ordinance for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released on a $1,500 D-Bond with a court date set for May 20.

Driving Under the Influence

Arnetta Payne, 37, of Chicago, was arrested April 4 at 1:45 a.m. in the 2500 block of East Lake Ave. and charged with Driving Under the Influence – Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence – BAC .08 or more, Driving With a Suspended Driver’s License, Improper Lane Usage, and No Taillights. She was released on a $3,000 D-Bond with a court date set for May 20.
