Glenview Police: Woman Creates Coffee Scene At Sanders Road Store

Domestic Battery
On Nov. 18, Donald Rutowicz, 51, of Glenview, was arrested on the 3200 block of West Lake Ave. and charged with domestic battery, according to police.

On Nov. 19, the owner of a business on the 1900 block of Waukegan Rd. reported an intoxicated man was in the business causing a disturbance, according to police. The male was located and given a trespassing warning, police say.

On Nov. 20, the employees of a business on the 2400 block of Sanders Rd. reported a woman came into the store and created a scene over the coffee machine being empty, police say. After coffee was made she filled a cup and then poured it on the floor of the store, according to police.
Forgery
On Nov. 21, a Glenview resident reported they received a cashier check for $4,950.00 from a male they met on the Internet, according to police. The male convinced them to deposit the check, buy gift cards and then provide him with the gift card numbers, police say.
Two gifts cards worth about $1,000.00 were given to the male, according to the police. The remaining amount of money was not sent, police say. The Glenview resident later learned from their bank that the check they deposited was fraudulent, according to police.
Battery
On Nov. 21, Justin Zabielski, 27, of Glenview, was arrested on the 1800 block of Waukegan Rd. and charged with battery, according to police.
Driving While License Revoked
On Nov. 22, Karen Rigby, 50, was arrested on the 1300 block of Harms Rd. and charged with driving with a revoked license and expired registration, according to police.
No Valid Driver's License
On Nov. 27, Jorge Iuit-Pantoja, 24, of Glenview, was arrested on the 1700 block of Waukegan Rd. and charged with no valid driver’s license, according to police.
