Police: Glenview Man Found With Pot, Fake ID

Aggravated Assault
On Aug. 2, Jacob Whitfield, 21, of Northbrook, was arrested on the 2600 block of Aviator Lane and charged with aggravated assault to a policeman, resisting arrest, criminal trespass to property and disorderly conduct, according to police.

Theft
On July 31, a resident in the 0-100 block of South Main Street in Northfield reported their neighbor stole several rose from their garden, according to police. The neighbor admitted to taking the roses but insisted the homeowner gave them permission, police say.

Residential Burglary
On Aug. 1 a resident on the 4100 block of Cove Lane reported a burglary to their home, according to police. The back door to the home was forced open and various electronics were stolen from the home, police say. The reported loss is more than $2,400.00.

Driving Under the Influence
On Aug. 4, officers arrested Juan Guerrero-Calvillo, 21, of Glenview, on the 500 block of Waukegan Road and charged him with driving under the influence of
alcohol, according to police.

Vehicular Burglary
On Aug. 1, a resident on the 900 block of Huber Lane reported both of the family’s vehicles were broken into overnight while they were parked in their driveway, according to police. Both vehicles were unlocked and both vehicles had miscellaneous items and loose cash taken from them, police say. The reported loss is more than $300.00.
