Glenview Police Blotter: Warrant Arrest, Retail Theft

The following arrest information was supplied by the Glenview Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Theft
On Jan. 27 at 9:45 p.m. James McLarty-Lopes, 29, of Prospect Heights, was arrested at the Glenview Police Station, 2500 East Lake Ave., and charged with theft. The charge is related to an incident that occurred on Dec. 19, 2011 in the 2200 block of Willow Rd. McLarty-Lopes was released on a $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 21.

Retail Theft
On Jan. 31 at 9:15 a.m. Robert Dunn, 56, of Wilmette, was arrested at the Glenview Police Station, and charged with retail theft. The charge is related to an incident that occurred on Dec. 31, 2011 in the 2700 block of Pfingsten Rd. Dunn was released on a $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 27.

Warrant
On Jan. 31 at 1:15 p.m. [Name Removed], 18, of Glenview, was arrested at the Glenview Police Station, on a warrant that had been issued for his arrest by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear (unknown original charge). [Name Removed] was released on a $3,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Jackson County court on Feb. 17.

A criminal charge represents merely an accusation; defendants listed here are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
