Police Blotter: DUI, Possession of Cannabis

Aggravated Driving Under the Influence
Jin Choi, 52, of Northbrook, was charged Dec. 14, in the 2100 block of Pfingsten Rd. with aggravated driving under the influence, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence - BAC of .08 or more, improper lane usage, and failure to signal when required. He was transported to court on Dec. 15 for a bond hearing.

Possession of Cannabis
Robert Cebula, 19, and Kevin Haro, 18, both of Glenview, were arrested Dec. 14 in the 1600 block of Meadow Ln. and charged with possession of cannabis. Cebula was also charged with resisting arrest of a peace officer. Both were released on $1,000 D bonds. Their court dates were set for Feb. 14.

Domestic Battery
Chuluunerdene Banzragch, 40, of Glenview, was arrested Dec. 15 in the 1300 block of Tinker Way and charged with domestic battery. He was transported to court Dec. 16 for a bond hearing.
Retail Theft
Iraiz Barrera, 25, of Chicago, was charged in the 2200 block of Willow Road Dec. 14 with retail theft. She was released on $1,000 D Bond. Her court date was set for Feb. 1.
Munkhtuya Batkhuu, 26, of Wheeling, was arrested Dec. 15 in the 1900 block of Tower Dr. and charged with retail theft. She was released on $1,000 D bond. Her court date was set for Jan. 4.
Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
Brian Erlenbach, 28, of Chicago, was arrested Dec. 16 in the 2600 block of Lehigh Ave. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence – BAC .08 or more, illegal transportation of alcohol, and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was released on a $1,000 D bond. His court date was set for Jan. 4.
No Valid Driver’s License
Agnieszka Blachowska, 33, of Norridge, was arrested Dec. 17, in the 1100 block of East Lake Ave. and charged with no valid driver’s license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She was released on a $1,500 D bond. Her court date was set for Feb. 1.
