Glenview Teens Charged with Resisting Arrest

Resisting Arrest of a Peace Officer

On July 25, officers responded to the 300 block of Nottingham Avenue for a possible fight in progress, police say. On arrival, officers saw people running from the area, according to police.

Two people were arrested at the scene and charged with Consumption of Alcoholic Liquor by a Person under 21 Years of Age and Resisting Arrest of a Peace Officer, after they were caught after running from the scene, according to police — Christopher Altonji, 18, of Glenview, and another 18 year old whose record was later expunged after charges were dropped.

Gregory Abbott, 18, Glenview, was also arrested at the scene and charged with Consumption of Alcoholic Liquor by a Person under 21 Years of Age and Obstructing Justice (refused to give information), according to police.

No Valid Driver’s License

On July 16, Francisco Anaya, 28, of Glenview, was arrested on the 1600 block of Greenwood Road and charged with No Valid Driver’s License and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, according to police.

Criminal Trespass to Residence

On July 14, Sheridan Huff, 19, of Evanston, was arrested at the Glenview Police Station, 2500 East Lake Avenue and charged with Criminal
Trespass to Residence and Criminal Trespass to Vehicle, police say. The charges are related to an incident that occurred on June 27, 2013 on the 1800 block of Wildberry Drive, according to police.

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol

On July 18, Glenn Johnson, 57, of Des Plaines, was arrested on the 2900 block of Glenview Road and charged with Driving Under the Influence of
Alcohol, Failed to Yield at Intersection, Improper Lane Usage and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, police say.
