Man Arrested for Cocaine Possession, DUI on Waukegan

Aggravated DUI

Jacek Otfinowski, 42, of the 9400 block of Bay Colony Dr. in DesPlaines, was arrested in the 900 block of Greenwood at 9 p.m. July 18 and charged with Aggravated DUI, Driving With a BAC over .08, DUI, Driving With No Valid Driver’s License, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Improper Lane Usage. He was taken to court for a pending bond hearing.

Driving Without Valid License

Officers arrested Refugio G. Saucedo, 33, of the 1700 block of Greenwood Road in Glenview, for Driving Without a Valid Driver’s License and Improper Lane Use after a traffic stop in the 1300 block of Greenwood Road at 4:30 a.m. July 20. He was released on $1,500 D bond with a Sept. 2 court date.

Driving Under the Influence

Manuel A. Garibay-Alvarez, 31 years old, of the 1200 block of 12th Street in Northfield, was arrested and charged with Felony Driving under the Influence, Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine), No Valid Driver’s License, Improper Lane Usage, Improper Turn, and No Insurance after a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Waukegan Road at 1 a.m. July 21.  He was schedule for a bond hearing on July 21.
