Man Charged with Theft and Resisting Arrest

No Valid Drivers License

Elizabeth Clara-Roman, 27, of Glenview, was arrested Dec. 20 at 1:50 p.m. in the 1300 block of Greenwood Rd. and charged with no valid drivers license and fail to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She was released on a $1,500.00 D-Bond with a court date set for Jan. 24.

Retail Theft

Marilyn Galvez Lopez, 35, of Gurnee, was arrested at 2 p.m. Dec. 20 in the 2200 block of Willow Rd. and charged with retail theft. She was released on a $1,000.00 D-Bond with a court date set for Jan. 14.

Driving With a Revoked Drives License

Gregorio Bernabe-Cruz, 38, of Chicago, was arrested Dec. 20 at 6:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Waukegan Rd. and charged with driving with a revoked drivers license and inoperative registration plate light. He was released on $1,500.00 D-Bond with a court date set for Jan. 24.

Theft from Person

Mark A. Locallo, 38, of Chicago, was arrested Dec. 21 at 4:10 p.m. in the 2500 Block of Brian Dr. and charged with felony theft (from person) and resisting arrest. He was held pending transportation to bond court.
