Multiple Homes and Cars Get Egged in Glenview

Five incidents occurred in five days.

The following information is from the Glenview Police Department.

Someone threw eggs at the front door of a home in the 1500 block of  Monterey Dr.  between 9 p.m. April 17 and 7:45 a.m. April 18. Clean up damage is estimated at $400.

Someone threw eggs at the front of a house and a vehicle in the driveway in the 2500 block of Happy Hollow Rd. between 7 p.m. April 17 and 7 a.m. April 18.

Someone egged a home in the 1500 block of Monterey Dr. sometime between noon April 19 and 4 p.m. April 20. Cleanup is estimated at over $300.

Someone egged a vehicle while it was parked on the street in front of a home in the 3000 block of Independence Ave. between April 19 and 21. The damage is estimated at $100.

Someone egged a vehicle that was parked at a home in the 1700 block of Primrose Ln. sometime overnight on April 21. Damage is estimated at $200.

Not defending the eggers, but $400 to clean up eggs thrown at a front door? Were the eggs filled with battery acid?
