Glenview PD arrests July 21-25
No Valid Driver’s License
July 21 at 5:37 p.m.
Emilio Saavedra-Herrera, 40, of Prospect Heights, was charged with no valid driver’s license in the 9700 block of Milwaukee Ave. after being involved in a traffic crash. He was released on a $1,500 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 25.
Driving While License Suspended

James McCarthy, 28, of Glenview, was charged with driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle after a traffic stop in the 1900 block of Spruce St. McCarthy was released on a $2,000 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 7

Billy Latham, 28, of Glenview, was charged with driving while license suspended after a traffic stop in the 4300 block of West Lake Ave. He was released on a $1,500 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 7.
No Valid Driver’s License
July 23 at 8:00 a.m.
Javier Marquina, 44, of Prospect Heights, was charged with no valid driver’s license and no turn on red after a traffic stop in the 2200 block of Patriot Blvd. He was released on a $1,500 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 23.
July 23 at 9:49 p.m.
Jesus Valenzuela, 50, of Chicago, was charged with no valid driver’s license and driving without lights when required after a traffic stop in the 800 block of East Lake Ave. He was released on a $1,500 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 7.
Battery
July 24 at 12:40 a.m.
Michael Wilhoyt, 38, of Glenview, was charged with battery for an incident that occurred at the Travelodge, 1625 Milwaukee Ave. Additionally, there was a Kane County warrant issued for his arrest for driving under the influence. Wilhoyt was transported to the Cook County District #2 Courthouse on July 25 for a bond hearing.
Warrant Arrest
July 24 at 1:00 a.m.
Kelley Muehleman, 44, of Glenview, was charged at Glenbrook Hospital, 2100 Pfingsten Rd., on a Cook County warrant issued for his arrest for harassment by telephone. He was turned over to the Park Ridge Police Department.
Battery
July 24 at 12:20 p.m.
Fernando Guzman, 40, of Glenview, was charged with battery for an incident that occurred at Citgo, 825 Milwaukee Ave. He was released on a $1,000 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 26.
A criminal charge represents an accusation; defendants named here are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
