Police Blotter: Burglary, Possession of Marijuana and More

The following information was provided by the Glenview Police Depaartment and does not indicate a conviction.

Possession of Marijuana
On Dec. 18 at 9:28 p.m., Nicholas Gingrich, 18, of Glenview was cited under village ordinance for possession of drug paraphernalia and a juvenile was cited under village ordinance for possession of marijuana. The incident occurrd in the 4700 block of Linden Avenue.

Burglary
On Dec. 18, a resident in the 4700 blocko of Lilac Avenue reported someone entered their attached garage by unknown means and stole several food items from a cabinet between Dec. 4 and Dec. 18. The reported loss is $20.

Possession of Marijuana
On Dec. 18 at 12:48 a.m., a juvenile was cited under village ordinance for possession of cannibis, possession of drug paraphernalia, minor in possession of alcohol and curfew. The incident occurred in the 3500 block of Milwaukee Avenue.

Minor in Possession of Alcohol
On Dec. 17 at 2:23 a.m., Vilius Gedvilas, 18, of Orland Park and Nerjus Idas, 19, of Wheeling, were cited under village ordinance for minor in possession of alcohol. The incident occurred in the 9800 block of Milwaukee Avenue.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On Dec. 17 at 12:21 a.m., Gerald King, 24, of Glenview was cited under village ordinance for possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred in the 4100 block of Cove Lane.

Possession of Marijuana
On Dec. 16 at 11:53 p.m., Kevin Youkhana, 21, of Glenview was cited under village ordinance for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred in the 4100 block of Cove Lane.

On Dec. 16 at 9:37 p.m., a juvenile was cited under village ordinance for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred at the intersection of Park Lane and Shermer Road.

Residential Burglary
On Dec. 16, a resident in the 1700 block of Greenwood Road reported someone entered their residence by unknown means and searched rooms in the house. The incident occurred between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Dec. 16. It is unknown if anything was taken.

On Dec. 16, a resident in the 600 block of Carriage Hill reported a white male came to their residence and stated he worked for the village and needed to check the residence's water. The homeowner was distracted for a short time and then the male left. Later it was learned jewelry items were missing. The incident occurred between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Dec. 16. The reported loss is $1,000.

Minor in Possession of Alcohol
On Dec. 16 at 1:43 a.m., Daniel Baddeloo, 19, of Glenview and Robert Bertog, 19, of Glenview were cited under village ordinance for minor in possession of alcohol. The incident occurred in the 2600 block of Ravine Way.

Possession of Marijuana
On Dec. 14 at 10:17 p.m., David Goldman, 18, of Glenview was cited under village ordinance for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred in the 3600 block of Lawson Road.

Theft
On Dec. 14, a representative of a business in the 2600 block of Patriot Boulevard reported someone accessed the business' bank account via computer and transferred money to a different account on Dec. 1. The reported loss is $7,000.

On Dec. 14, a someone reported their wallet and its contents were stolen from a business in the 2500 block of Chestnut Avenue on Dec. 9. The reported loss is $45.

On Dec. 13, someone reported they left their wallet and its contents at a business in the 2200 block of Willow Road. When they returned to the store, their property was gone. The incident occurred on Dec. 13, with a reported loss of $100.

Burglary to Motor Vehicle
On Dec. 12, someone reported a window was smashed on their vehicle while it was parked in the 4100 bock of Cove Lane. A radar detector and its accessories were reportedly stolen between 8:30 p.m. Dec. 11 and 8 a.m. Dec. 12. The reported loss is $600.

On Dec. 12, a resident in the 4100 block of Cove Lane reported someone smashed a window on their vehicle while it was parked at their complex. A radar detector mount and power cord were reportedly stolen between 12 a.m. Dec. 11 and 7:20 a.m. Dec. 12. The reported loss is $230.
