Police Blotter: Child Neglect, DUI & Retail Theft

Glenview PD arrests Feb. 1—3. The following arrest information was supplied by the Glenview Police Department.

Child Neglect
On Feb. 3 at 9:30 a.m., Tamara Brown, 31, of Glenview, was arrested at the Glenview Police Station, 2500 East Lake Ave. and charged with Child Neglect. The charge is related to an incident that occurred on Jan. 25 in the 1100 block of Castilian Ct. She was released on a $1,000.00 I bond. Her court was set for Feb. 6.

DUI
On Feb. 1 at 7:51 p.m., David Way, 38, of Glenview, was arrested at the Glenview Police Station, 2500 East Lake Ave. and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence – BAC .08 or More, and Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident. The charges are related to a crash that occurred on Jan. 31 in the 1000 block of Milwaukee Ave. He was released on a $1,000.00 D bond. His court date was set for Feb. 27.

A criminal charge represents merely an accusation; defendants listed here are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
