Driving While License Suspended & Possession of Marijuana
Sept. 4 at 1:56 a.m.

Alejandro Chang, 26, of Highland Park, was arrested in the 2100 block of Patriot Boulevard on charges of driving while license suspended, disobeying a stop sign, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and possession of cannabis. He was released on a $2,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 26.

No Valid Driver's License
Sept. 2 at 8:11 a.m.

Isac Aguire, 22, of Chicago, was arrested in the 4100 block of Willow Road on charges of no valid driver's license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was released on $2,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 17.

Obstructing Justice
Aug. 31 at 10:40 p.m.

Giovannie Bahena, no age given, of Vernon Hills, was arrested in the 2300 block of Sanders Road on charges of obstructing justice, driving with a suspended license, failure to yield and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was released on $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 12.

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
Aug. 31 at 6:33 p.m.

Heather Hundley, 21, of Winnetka, was arrested at the intersection of Glenview Road and Laramie Avenue on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She was released on $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 26.

Retail Theft
Aug. 31 at 9 a.m.

Willard Barry, 56, of Chicago was arrested at the  and charged with retail theft after an incident that reportedly occurred at , 1960 Tower Dr., on Aug. 10. He was released on a $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 23.

Warrant Arrest
Aug. 30 at 1 p.m.

Richard Roth, 37, of Chicago, was arrested at his residence in the 2300 block of Farwell Avenue on a bond forfeiture warrant stemming from a failure to appear in court on a prior harassment by telephone complaint. He was released on $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 7.

Driving While License Revoked
Aug. 30 at 1:25 a.m.

Samuel Hernandez-Monte, 54, of Des Plaines, was arrested in the 700 block of Milwaukee Avenue on charges of driving while license revoked, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to dim headlights. He was released on a $2,000 bond and a court date has been set for Sept. 23.

Domestic Battery
Aug. 29 at 9:20 a.m.

Dylan Smith, 21, of Glenview, was arrested on charges of domestic battery for an incident that reportedly at his residence in the 1700 block of Wildberry Drive. He was issued a $60,000 bond and a court date has been set for Sept. 19.

A criminal charge represents an accusation; defendants named here are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
