Officers charged James M. Fitzsimmons, 51, of Glenview, for domestic battery after he grabbed and struck a household/family member. At a bond hearing on Jan. 15 a judge found no probable cause to detain Fitzsimmons and released him from custody; He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 20.

Suspended Driving

Amber B. Jones, 18, of Glenview, was charged with driving while driving privilege suspended and speeding after a traffic stop in the 1700 block of Grove Street. Jones was released on $1500.00 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 8.
Jan. 16 at 11:11 a.m.
Officers arrested Ronald S. Ennis, 35, of Northfield, for driving while driving privilege suspended and disobeying a traffic control device after a traffic stop at 2001 Ammer Ridge Road. Ennis was released on $1500.00 D bond and is schedule to appear in court on Feb. 2.
