Police Blotter: DUI and Theft

The following arrest information was supplied by the Glenview Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. Glenview PD arrests Nov. 9 - 10.

Theft
Nov. 10 at 9:15 a.m.

Raymundo Bazan, 35, of Mount Prospect was arrested at on charges of theft, stemming from an incident that occurred between August and September of this year at a business in the 2100 block of Willow Road. He was released on $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 20.

Driving Under the Influence - Drug/Substance
Nov. 9 at 11:51 p.m.

Christopher Stoga, 39, of Glenview was arrested in 1000 block of Shermer Road and charged with driving under the influence (drug, substance or compound) failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driver's license not on person. He was released on $3,000 bond and has been scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 9.

Retail Theft
Nov. 9 at 11:45 a.m.

Terrace McBarnett, 42, of Vernon Hills was arrested in the 1000 block of Milwaukee Avenue and charged with retail theft. The charge is related to a Nov. 7 incident that occurred in the 1200 block of Milwaukee Avenue. He was released on $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 6.

No Valid Driver's License
Nov. 8 at 4:41 p.m.

Cesar Garcia-Jimenez, 33 of Des Plaines was arrested in the 1900 block of East Lake Ave. and charged with no valid driver’s license, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on a $2,000 bond and his court date was set for Dec. 6.

A criminal charge represents merely an accusation; defendants listed here are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
