Glenview PD Arrests Sept. 30 – Oct. 2

Driving under the Influence of Alcohol

Sept. 30 at 8:03 a.m.
Officers arrested Anna Malik, 43, of Glenview, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Failure to Yield Turning left after investigating a traffic crash at East Lake Ave. and Shermer Rd. Malik was released on $1000.00 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 2.

Battery

Oct. 1 at 7:08 a.m.
Adrian Gutierrez, 26, of Morton Grove was arrested for Battery after pushing the manager of Yard House, 1880 Tower Drive. Gutierrez was released on $1,000.00 D bond and has a scheduled court date of Oct. 25.

Domestic Battery

Oct. 1 at 12:30 p.m.
Detectives arrested Ronald P. McPhilliamy, 49, at his home in Glenview for a Domestic Battery that occurred on the morning of Sept. 30. A judge set bond at $5,000 D at a hearing on Oct. 2. McPhilliamy is schedule to appear in court Oct. 18.

No Valid Driver's License

Oct. 1 at 1:45 p.m.
Officers arrested Andrew R. May, 20, of Chicago, for Driving Without Valid Driver's License, Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident after investigating a traffic crash  in the 2100 block of Pfingsten Rd.  May was released on $2000.00 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 20.

Possession Cannabis

Oct. 1 at 7:59 p.m.
Adrian Moya, 23, of Glenview was arrested for Possession of Less Than 10 Grams of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after a traffic stop in the 3500 block of Glenview Road. Moya was released on a $1,000.00 D bond and has been assigned a Oct. 19 court date.
