Police Blotter: Forgery, Theft, DUI and more

Glenview PD arrests Nov. 29 - 30. The following arrest information was supplied by the Glenview Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Retail Theft
Nov. 29 at 2:24 p.m.

Marie Schaedel, 71, of Glenview was arrested in the 2200 block of Willow Road and charged with retail theft. She was released on $1,000 bond and has a court date set for Jan. 10.

Driving While License Suspended
Nov. 29 at 12:56 a.m.

Tyler Kilpatrick, 22, of Glenview was arrested in the 2200 block of Glenview Road and charged with driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage. He was released on a $2,000 bond. His court date was set for Dec. 20.

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
Nov. 28 at 10:02 p.m.

Robert Devine, 59, of Des Plaines was arrested in the 2500 block of Chestnut Avenue and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence -- BAC of .08 or more and improper lane usage. He was released on $1,000 bond. His court date was set for Dec. 23.

No Valid Driver's License
Nov. 28 at 8:28 p.m.

Sara Ramos-Quirino, 34, of Glenview was arrested in the 900 block of Milwaukee Avenue and charged with no valid driver's license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She was released on $2,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 13.

Theft
Nov. 28 at 8:28 p.m.

Marlene Brown, 40, of Chicago was arrested in the 9500 block of Skokie Boulevard in Skokie and charged with two counts of theft. The charges are related to incidents that occurred in May 2011 in the 3600 block of Maple Leaf Drive. She was released on $1,000 bond and has been scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 23.

Forgery
Nov. 29 at 2:30 a.m.

Daniel Pak, 30, of Wheeling was arrested by the Cook County Sheriff's Police in Maywood on a Glenview warrant for forgery. The charge is related to incidents that occurred between September 2009 and January 2010; the first of those incidents was reported in the 1800 block of Aberdeen Drive. Pak was transported to the and was taken to court on Nov. 29 where he received a $10,000 bond. His court date has been set for Dec. 8.
