Police Blotter: Glenview Woman Turned Over to Lake County Sheriff and More

Battery
On June 16 at 12:33 p.m., Bayanjargar Juurai, 38 of Glenview, and Uurintuya Ochirbat, 34 of Northbrook, were arrested in the 1300 block of Tinker Way and charged with battery. Both were released on $1,000 I bonds. Their courts dates were set for July 30.

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
On June 18 at 3:25 a.m., Azbayar Khurelbaatar, 24 of Chicago, was arrested in the 700 block of Milwaukee Ave. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence – BAC .08 or more, speeding, improper lane usage, and failure to signal when required. He was released on a $1,000 D bond. His court date was set for July 11.

Warrant
On June 18 at 8:35 p.m., Magdalene Wright, 37 of Glenview, was arrested in the 1800 block of Dewes St. on two Lake County, IL warrants (unknown charges).  She was turned over to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
On June 19 at 11:50 p.m., Heriberto Casique, 28 of Prospect Heights, was arrested in the 1500 block of Milwaukee Ave. and charged with driving under the influence – felony, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was transported to court on June 20 for a bond hearing.

No Valid Driver’s License
On June 21 at 11:23 p.m. Jose Lopez of Wheeling was arrested in the 1600 block of Lehigh Avenue and charged with no valid driver’s license and driving without lights when required. He was released on $1,500 D Bond. His court date is set for July 30.

Theft
On June 22 at 3:01 p.m., Dustan Webb, 30 of Norridge, was arrested at the Glenview Police Station, 2500 East Lake Ave. and charged with theft. The charge is related to an incident that occurred on March 1 in the 700 block of Arbor Ln. He was also processed on two warrants issued for his arrest by Macon County, IL. He was released on a $1,000 D bond for the Glenview charge and two $5,000 D bonds for the warrants. His Glenview court date was set for July 25.

Warrant
On June 23 at 3 a.m., Peter Pantel, 26 of Glenview, was arrested in the 2100 block of Pfinsten Rd. on a bond forfeiture warrant issued by Cook County. He was released on a $3,000 D bond. His court date was set for 07/11/12.

Driving While License Suspended
On June 24 at 1:18 a.m., Yair Miranda, 26, of Highwood, was arrested in the 3100 block of West Lake Ave. and charged with driving while license suspended. He was released on $1,500 D Bond. His court date was set for July 16.

No Valid Driver’s License
On June 24 at 7:45 a.m., Luis Hernandez, 18 of Glenview, was arrested in the 2600 block of East Lake Ave. and charged with no valid driver’s license and failure to give information after striking property. The charge is related to an incident that occurred in the 1800 block of Waukegan Rd. shortly before the arrest. He was released on a $1,500 D bond. His court date was set for July 11.
