Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, Possession of Cannabis

Sept. 15 at 6:54 a.m.
Patrick M. McCarthy, 52, of Glenview, was arrested early Wednesday morning for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of combined alcohol/drugs, driving under the influence of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis, and improper lane use after a traffic stop on Elmgate Drive. McCarthy was released on $1000.00 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 20.

Sept. 15 at 8:50 a.m.
Officers investigating a traffic crash in the 3500 block of Milwaukee Avenue arrested Zahira Mejia-Moyo, 20, of Wheeling and charged her with driving without a valid driver's license and improper lane use. Mejia-Moyo was released on $1,500.00 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 19.

Detectives arrested Audreianna D. McNeal, 21, of Chicago, on Dempster Street in Skokie for identity theft. The arrest was made after investigating fraudulent credit card transactions at Walgreen's, 1403 Waukegan Road, occurring on July 28.  McNeal appeared at a bond hearing on Sept. 17 and the bond amount and court date is unknown as of publication.

A criminal charge represents merely an accusation; the named offenders are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
