Police Blotter: Man Drives Drunk, Speeds, With Revoked License

Glenview Police Department arrests Aug. 17 – 19.

No Valid Driver’s License
On Aug 17 at 9:42 a.m., Bonfilio Salgado-Martinez, of Chicago, was arrested at the intersection of Colfax Ave. and Neva Ave. and charged with driving without a valid driver’s license and disobeying a stop sign. He was released on $1,500 D Bond.  His court date was set for Oct. 2.

Battery
On Aug. 17 at 6:18 p.m. ,Cameron Socha, 22, of Glenview, was arrested in the 1800 block of Rogers Ave. and charged with battery.  He was transported to court on Aug. 18 for a bond hearing.

Aggravated Driving Under the Influence
On Aug. 19 at 7:50 p.m., Ernest Puig, of Chicago, was arrested in the 1400 block of Glenview Rd. and charged with an aggravated DUI, driving with a revoked license, speeding and illegal transportation of alcohol. He was transported to court on Aug. 20 for a bond hearing.

A criminal charge represents an accusation; defendants named above are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
