Police Blotter: Theft, Disorderly Conduct and Man Held on Host of Harassment Charges

Glenview PD arrests Oct. 28 - Oct. 31.

Disorderly Conduct
Oct. 30 at 9:15 p.m.

Susan Dougherty, 55, of Palatine was arrested in the 900 block of Waukegan Road on charges of disorderly conduct. The charge is reportedly related to an incident that occurred in the 2200 block of Willow Road a short time before Dougherty was arrested. She was transported to court on Oct. 31 for a bond hearing.

Driving While License Suspended
Oct. 28 at 3:45 p.m.

Rasool Haleem, 26, of Schaumburg was arrested in the 9800 block of Milwaukee Avenue and charged with drive while license suspended and failure to dim headlights. He was released on $1,500 bond and a court date has been set for Dec. 20.

Theft
Oct. 28 at 6:37 p.m.

Andrew Pilolla, 23, of Glenview was arrested at his home in the 2500 block of Central Road and charged with theft. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Oct. 27 in the 2500 block of Central Road, according to police. He was transported to court on Oct. 29 and received a $20,000 bond. He is scheduled to be back in court on Nov. 9.

Harassment by Telephone
Oct. 28 at 12:45 a.m.

Taneilian McArthur, 46, of Glenview was arrested in the 8900 block of Shermer Road in Morton Grove by Glenview police on several charges related to incidents that occurred in August, September and October.

Police charged McArthur with harassment by telephone for a Sept. 25 incident that reportedly occurred in the 2100 block of Pfingsten Road and harassment by electronic communications for an Oct. 28 incident that occurred in the 100 block of Washington Street. McArthur was also process for a bond forfeiture warrant related to a harassment by electronic communications complaint that occurred in the 2100 block of McArthur Drive.

McArthur was transported to court on Oct. 29 and received a $15,000 bond on the harassment by telephone charge; $15,000 bond on harassment by electronic communication and $20,000 bond on the bond forfeiture warrant.

His court date for all charges has been set for Nov. 18.

A criminal charge represents merely an accusation; defendants listed here are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
