Criminal Damage
On April an offender scratched the paint on the rear door of a car parked at 2502 Waukegan Rd.

Fire Investigation
On April 13 officers, along with the , responded to a fire that was started on a patio deck by a charcoal grill on Park Drive.

Theft
An employee of, 630 Waukegan Rd., reported a dealer license plate stolen from a loaner vehicle between April 11-13.

Public Indecency
On April 13 at 4:25 p.m. a complainant saw a 40-45-year-old man, average height and build, possibly balding, masturbating in the parking lot behind , 2701 Aviator Ln.

Criminal Defacement
Unknown offenders painted gang graffiti on the street in the 3200 block of Greenbriar Drive between April 11 and April 13.

Theft
On April 12 an offender stole a men’s mountain bike, bike helmet and lock from the Metra Station, 1116 Depot Street.

Theft
An offender stole a 95-gallon garbage can from the 2500 block of Bel Air Drive on April 13.

Possession of Cannabis/Alcohol
On April 13 around 7:03 p.m. officers investigated a report of youths drinking alcohol in a kayak on the river near 1775 Grove Street. The following were cited under village ordinance:

- Sean T. Ziegler, 20, of Glenview: Minor in Possession of Alcohol
- Colin D. Golding, 19, of Glenview : Minor in Possession of Alcohol and Possession of Cannabis

Theft
A student reported the theft of his $600 I-Phone at on April 11.

Criminal Defacement
On April 13 an unknown offender spray painted gang symbols on a Caldwell Banker Realty sign and a light pole near Greenbriar Drive and Lotus Lane.

Theft
On April 14 an employee of 3340 West Lake Avenue, noticed four junked air conditioner units stolen from the business. Estimated loss is $185.

Burglary (Vehicle)
On April 14 a victim discovered his handicap placard was stolen from his car parked at the , 2400 Chestnut Ave. 

Suspicious Person
On April 14 at 4:16 p.m. an unknown person rang the doorbell and knocked on the door of a home occupied by two youths, who expected no visitors, in the 600 block of Windsor Road. The suspicious person left in a black pickup truck.

Residential Burglary           
During the day on April 14 unknown offender(s) pried open the rear door of a home in the 1600 block of Magnolia Street and stole furniture, electronics, jewelry and checks worth $3,850. Two neighbors saw a light colored (possibly gold) minivan parked in the driveway of the victim’s house and a 40-50-year-old white male, possibly wearing glasses, 5’05” to 5’10” and 200 pounds.

Noise Complaint
On April 14 at 10:59 p.m. officers issued a Village ordinance citation for excessive noise to Christopher Arrigo, 21, of Glenview, after responding to a complaint of a loud band playing in a garage in the 200 block of Harlem Avenue.

Criminal Damage
On April 15 a student discovered damage to the door handle of his car parked at Glenbrook South High School, 4000 West Lake Avenue. Repairs are estimated at $25.00.

Theft
On April 15 a resident in the 1900 block of Chestnut Avenue reported an unknown person entered a storage area and stole $1805 worth of luggage and Christmas ornaments.

Theft
On April 15 a resident of the 4000 block of Chester Drive reported an unknown person stole $25,000 worth of jewelry from the house.

Minors Possessing Alcohol
On April 16 at 11:59 p.m. officers responding to a complaint of youths gathering in the 900 block of Indian Road cited the following under Village ordinance for minor in possession of alcohol:

- William Tobin, 18, of Chicago
- Rachel Meller, 18, of Wilmette

Suspicious Incident
On April 16 at 2:32 a.m. a resident in the 1000 block of Highland Lane received a phone call with a recorded message purporting to originate from Master Card security and requesting he press a series of buttons. Master Card security possessed no record of attempting to contact him and noticed no suspicious activity on his account.

Identity Theft
On April 16 a resident of the 1700 block of Sequoia Trail learned an offender created checks using his routing and account number and withdrew approximately $13,000 from his bank account. 

Criminal Damage to State Supported Property
On April 16 an employee of the , 800 Shermer Road, reported damage to a mirror in the women’s bathroom. Repair is estimated at $200.

Criminal Damage
On April 17 at 3:17 p.m. officers discovered a parked vehicle with a shattered rear window in the 1600 block of Waukegan Road. Damage is estimated at $500.

Fire Investigation
On April 17 at 3:23 a.m. officers responded to a report of a car fire in the 1800 block of Waukegan Road and found a car engulfed in flames. No injuries occurred and investigators determined the fire started in the engine compartment. $12,000.00 loss reported.

Disorderly Conduct
On April 18 at 11:33 a.m. a resident of the 1800 block of Elmdale Avenue saw a man urinating on the street behind a van. The complainant chose not to pursue criminal prosecution of the homeless man officers identified as the offender.

Theft
On April 18 a manager for , 1620 Waukegan Road, reported theft of an Illinois vehicle registration sticker after determining it missing during an audit.

Identity Theft
On April 18 a resident of the 2700 block of Park Lane discovered two unauthorized charges on her bank statement in the amount of $297.15.

Criminal Defacement
On April 18 at 3:59 p.m. an anonymous complainant saw three youths writing words on a stop sign at Sunset Ridge Road and Elmwood Avenue. The offenders fled before officers arrived at the scene.
