Police Blotter: Northbrook Woman Arrested for Shoplifting at Glen

Other arrests include domestic battery charges, an assault on Main St. and more.

Domestic Battery
On Sept. 6 at 6:30 p.m., Thomas Krysa, 53, of Glenview, was arrested at Glenview Police Station, and charged with domestic battery. The charge is related to an incident that occurred on Sept. 6 in the 1900 block of Westleigh Dr. He was transported to court on Sept. 7, appeared before a judge and received a $5,000 bond. Krysa is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 25.

Driving While License Suspended
On Sept. 7 at 3:15 a.m., Bernardo Loyola-Sanchez, 39, of Glenview, was arrested in the 3900 block of Glenview Rd. and charged with driving while license suspended and operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended.  He was released on a $3,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 2.

Warrant
On Sept. 8 at 12:57 a.m., Marsean Hood, 18, of Northbrook, was arrested in the 2600 block of West Lake Ave. on a Cook County warrant for a retail theft that occurred in Niles. He was released to the custody of the Niles Police Department. 

Driving While License Suspended
On Sept. 8 at 3:45 p.m., Yair Miranda, 27, of North Chicago, was arrested at Tower and Sable drives and charged with driving while license suspended. He was released on $1,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 25.

Assault
On Sept. 8 at 7:30 p.m., Gregory Cashler, 56, of Nortfield, was arrested in the 100 block of Main St. and charged with assault. He was released on a $75 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 22.   

Retail Theft
On Sept. 8 at 7:54 p.m., Sharon Gould, 49, of Northbrook was arrested in the 1900 block of Tower Dr. and charged with retail theft. She was transported to court on Sept. 9 for a bond hearing.   

Domestic Battery
On Sept. 9 at 9:21 p.m., Marvelle Harris, 34, of Great Lakes, Ill. was arrested in the 900 block of Buccaneer Dr. and charged with two counts of domestic battery and interfering with reporting domestic violence. He was transported to court on Sept. 10, appeared before a judge, and received a $5,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 24.
