Police Blotter: Prostitution Charge, Man Steals Scooter and More

Glenview PD arrests March 10 – March 18

No Valid Driver’s License
March 10 at 2:00 p.m.
Dennis Gonzalez, 30, of Des Plaines was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license and speeding after a traffic stop in the 3100 block of West Lake Avenue. He was released on a $2,000 D bond. His next court date is April 18.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
March 10 at 11:28 p.m.
Clinton Scott, 44, of Chicago, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after police spoke with him in the 1400 block of Waukegan Road. He was released on a $1,000 I bond.  His next court date is March 30.  

Warrant Arrest
March 11 at 4:38 p.m.
Twanesha L. Brown, 22, of Loves Park, IL was charged at the , 1625 Milwaukee Avenue, on a Cook County Sheriff’s Police warrant for prostitution. Her bond had been previously set at $7,500 D.  Brown was transported to the Cook County District #2 Courthouse for a bond hearing on March 12.

Theft
March 11 at 3:05 p.m.

Boris D Pevtsov, 20, of Skokie, was charged with theft, possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia after taking a Razor scooter from a yard in the 1200 block of Sheffield Lane. He was released on a $1,000 D bond and is next scheduled to appear in court on April 13.

Driving While License Suspended 
March 11 at 9:58 p.m.
Barbara J Murphy Deri, 49, of Mundelein, IL was charged with driving while license suspended and unlawful use of a license after a traffic stop in the 1900 block of Willow Road.  She was released on a $1,500 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court on April 13.

Driving under the Influence of Alcohol
March 12 at 1:21 a.m.
Brian S. Burke, 53, of Park Ridge, IL was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and was cited for improper lane use after a traffic stop in the 9800 block of Milwaukee Avenue. He was released on a $1,000 D bond. His next court is scheduled for April 13.

Theft
March 14 at 9:30 a.m.
Timothy P. Trimble, 55, of , Byhalia, MS was charged with theft at 1601 Overlook Drive for an incident that took place at that location on February 5 involving scales. He was released on a $1,000 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court on April 27.  

Theft
March 14 at 9:30 a.m
Mark D. Stewart, 47, of Skyline, AL was charged at 1601 Overlook Drive for an incident that took place at that location on March 7 involving copper wire. He was released on a $1,000 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court on April. 27.

Warrant (Bond Forfeiture)
March 14 at 5:58 p.m.
Adam J. Ellis, 21, of Glenview, was charged in the 1800 block of Monroe Court on a bond forfeiture warrant pertaining to an earlier arrest for possession of cannabis. He was released on a $10,000 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court on May 2.  

Driving While License Revoked
March 15 at 8:10 p.m.
Sung Choi, 63, of Glenview, was charged with driving while license revoked after a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Waukegan Road.  He was released on a $1,500 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court on March 30.

Domestic Battery
March 15 at 12:07 a.m.
Ahmed D. Simm, 25,  of Northbrook, was charged at his residence with domestic battery after allegedly grabbing and pushing a household member. He was transported to court, appeared before a judge, and received a $5,000 D bond. He is next scheduled to appear in court on March 28.
