An unknown offender stole a $2,000 Hewlett Packard laptop computer at , 1 Kraft Court.

Unknown offenders stole six conveyor motors and heavy structural metal pieces from a trailer parked in the loading dock at Avon, 1601 Overlook Drive. The scrap metal weighed approximately 15,000 to 20,000 pounds and was valued at $2040.

A resident of the 1700 block of Jefferson Avenue reported the theft of a pair of $300 hearing aids, missing since Jan. 21.

Vehicle Burglaries
Feb. 11

Two victims reported their car windows were shattered while parked in the west lot of , 2100 Pfingsten Road. Offenders are unknown. The victims also reported a stolen Escort radar detector, a Garmin GPS device, and a two-way radio system, totaling $1,600.

Forgery
Feb. 11

A victim learned that an unknown offender used his credit card numbers to make $3776 in unauthorized purchases at , 1200 Milwaukee Avenue, on Jan. 29.

Criminal Damage
Feb. 11

A representative of Greenwood Apartments reported a broken window at an apartment in the 1700 block of Greenwood Road. Officers found a large rock and a hole in the plaster, with damage estimated at $160.

Possession of Cannabis/Alcohol

Feb. 11 at 11:04 p.m.

Under Village ordinance, the following were cited at 248 Glendale Road: Antwon Spradley, 18, of Chicago  (possession of cannabis); Syed M. Babar, 18, of Des Plaines (minor possessing alcohol); Brandon S. Sloan, 18, of Morton Grove (minor possessing alcohol).

Vehicle Burglary
Feb. 12

A resident of the 1000 block of Castilian Court discovered an unknown offender shattered the passenger side window of her car and stole a $275 GPS unit. A patrolling officer observed the broken window and a destroyed in-dash stereo. Damage is estimated at $450.

Theft
Feb 13

A victim reported an unknown offender stole her $900 iPad from her purse in a shopping cart at , 2241 Willow Road.
