Police Blotter: Teen Cited for Possession of Alcohol, Drug Paraphernalia and Fake ID

Glenview PD arrests Sept. 9-14.

Violation of an Order of Protection
Sept. 13 at 10:45 a.m.

Ronald McPhilliamy, 50, of Glenview was arrested at the on a charge of violating an order of protection. The charge is related to an incident that occurred on Sept. 1 in the 2400 block of Fir Street. McPhilliamy was transported to court on Sept. 14 for a bond hearing.

Driving While License Suspended
Sept. 13 at 11:10 p.m.

David Smith, 48, of Fishers, Ill. was arrested at the on charges of driving while license suspended and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. The charges are related to an incident that occurred Sept. 13 in the 4500 block of Willow Road. Smith was released on a $1,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 30.

Criminal Trespass
Sept. 10 at 11:35 p.m.

Three teens and several juveniles were cited on various charges in the 1000 block of Milwaukee Avenue.

James Mulhern, 18; Sean Russell, 19; and Antonio Roach, 20, all of Glenivew, as well as five juveniles were cited for criminal trespass to property. One of the five juveniles was also cited for curfew.

Minor in Possession of Alcohol
Sept. 9 at 8:20 p.m. 

Nicolette Makris, female, 18, of Northbrook was cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol, possession of a fictitious ID Card, and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident in the 900 block of Harlem Ave.

A criminal charge represents merely an accusation; defendants named here are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
