Police Blotter: Three Receive $30,000 Bond on Charges of Retail Theft

Glenview PD Arrests Oct. 10 - 12.

Retail Theft
Oct. 10 at 7:40 p.m.

Two Wheeling women and one Waukegan woman were arrested on charges of retail theft stemming from an incident that reportedly occurred in the 1900 block of Tower Drive.

Margarita Gonzalez, 60, of Waukegan and Mayleen Lorenzano, 31, of Wheeling were arrested in the 1800 block of Pickwick Avenue. Brambila Martinez, 40, also of Wheeling was arrested in the 2200 block of West Lake Avenue. All three were taken into custody shortly after the incident on Tower Drive and were taken to court Oct. 11. All three women also received a $30,000 bond and have been scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 20.

Lakeisha Sims, 32, of Skokie was arrested in the 1300 block of Patriot Boulevard on charges of retail theft. She was transported to court Oct. 12 for a bond hearing; bond amount and court date are unknown at this time.

A criminal charge represents merely an accusation; defendants named below are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
