Glenview PD arrests Nov. 23-28

Unlawful Possession of Firearm

Nov. 27 at 8:30 p.m.

Officers charged Lawrence Moore, 61, of Glenview, with possessing firearms without a FOID card and possessing ammunition without a FOID card, after investigating an incident that occurred on Sept. 6 at a former residence, 327 Montgomery Lane.  Moore was released on a $1,000.00 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 14.

Unlicensed Driving

Nov. 27 at 4:58 p.m.

Ewelina Lis, 44, of Palatine, was charged with driving without a valid driver's license and failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash after officers investigating a traffic incident. Lis was released on $1,500.00 D bond and will appear in court on Jan. 14.

Nov. 26 at 8:06 p.m.

Officers charged Jose Tostado-Andrade, 21, of Northfield, with driving without a valid driver's license, no proof of insurance, and improper turn after investigating a traffic crash in the 1600 block of Waukegan Road.  Tostado-Andrade was released on $2000.00 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 29. 

DUI

Nov. 26 at 12:12 a.m.

Bolor Boldbayar, 27, of Chicago, was charged with felony driving under the influence of alcohol, felony oossession of a fictitious driver's license, resisting arrest, no proof of insurance, and other traffic charges, after officers observed him driving eastbound in the westbound lanes of Willow Road.  Bond was set at $75,000.00 D by a judge at bond hearing on Nov. 29. Boldbayar is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 3.  

Suspended Driving           

Nov. 25 at 7:55 a.m.

Officers charged Anthony T. Jackson, 31, of Northbrook with driving while driving privilege suspended after a traffic stop in the 3500 block of Milwaukee Avenue. Jackson was released on $1500.00 D bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 15.  

Nov. 23 at 11:40 p.m.

Officers charged Frederick E. Asemota, 34, of Chicago, with driving while driving privilege suspended after a traffic stop in the 2500 block of East Lake Avenue. Asemota was released on $1500.00 I bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 14.  

Criminal Damage

Nov. 24 at 3:00 a.m.

Officers responding to an activated burglar alarm charged John C. Kofod, 22, of Glenview, with criminal damage to property, criminal trespass to oroperty, and theft after determining he shattered the door glass, entered, and stole a pack of cigarettes from the closed , 2441 Glenview Road.  Kofod was released on $1000.00 D bond and has been assigned a Jan. 14 court date.

A criminal charge represents an accusation; defendants named are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
