Police Charge Woman Who Punched Man with Domestic Battery

The following information is from the Glenview Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Warrant Arrest

On March 17 at 10:30 p.m. in the 1500 block of Milwaukee Road, Erdenejargal Ganburged, 20, of Glenview, was charged with an outstanding Cook County Warrant for failing to appear in court. He posted a $5000 ‘D’ bond and given an April 7 court date

Suspended Driver's License

Randall Kelly, 45, of Glenview, was charged with driving on a Suspended license in the 1300 block of Waukegan Road on March 17 at 8:30 p.m. He posted a $1,500 ‘D’ bond and was given an April 17 court date.

Domestic Battery

Kathleen Grace, 51, of Mount Prospect, was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery at in the 3800 block of Miller Drive March 18 at 7:15 p.m., after striking a man in the head and body with a closed fist. Grace will be taken to a bond hearing on March 19.

Ordinance Violation

A resident of the 700 block of Elmgate Drive reported trucks leaving a construction site left a substantial amount of mud on the street on March 11.   

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Dakota Rivero, 20, of Glenview, was charged with a village ordinance violation ticket for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at the intersection of Glendale Drive and Central Parkway at 3 a.m. March 12.


An employee of a business in the 1900 block of Waukegan Road reported a theft of services on March 12 at 6 p.m. The reported loss is $70.00.

Drug Possession

Darwin Smith, 47, of Glenview, was charged with a village ordinance violation of Possession of Less Than Ten Grams of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the 1400 Milwaukee Avenue at 6:30 p.m. on March 12.
