Update: Police Find Missing Maine Township Boy

The juvenile is partially deaf, and was wearing a black T-shirt and camouflage pants when he was seen last.

UPDATE: Cook County Sheriff's Police announced at 9:02 that a gang sergeant found the boy safe in a Wal-Mart store.

Police are asking the public for any information about an 11-year-old boy they are searching for who was last seen at a gas station at the corner of Golf and Dee roads in unincorporated Maine Township, according to a press release from the Cook County Sheriff’s office on Thursday. A quick search revealed there is a Citgo gas station at that intersection.

Isidro Olea is partially deaf, weighs about 80 pounds, and was wearing a black T-shirt with a picture of a car on the front, camouflage pants and red and white gym shoes, according to the press release.

Olea fled the vehicle in an unknown direction after having an argument with his mother, the press release states. Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff’s office at (847) 635-1188.
