Update: Two Years Court Supervision for Glenview Dispatcher Caught Naked

Delatorre avoids potential felony liability as prosecution drops five of seven counts.

Former Glenview police, fire and public safety dispatcher was sentenced to two years of court supervision Sep. 22 for allegedly building last year.

Judge Clarence Burch sentenced Delatorre to two years supervision after Delatorre agreed to the facts surrounding two of the counts of public indecency against him, according to his attorney Joseph Roddy.

Delatorre was on two counts of public indecency while at work at the Glenview Police Station Feb. 1. He was booked on immediately after appearing in court to answer the first two.

If Delatorre had been convicted of three or more of the claims his next arrest on the same offense would have been be a felony, After a with Burch, the Prosecution agreed to drop the other five counts Roddy told Patch.

“He has to report every three months that he is under psychiatric and psychological care,” Roddy said. “He lost a $100,000 a year job. That’s pretty good punishment."

If Delatorre successfully complies with the terms of his supervision, he can ask the court to clear his record at the end of the two years.
