Only nine of the development's homes remain on the market.
The Regency at the Glen homes have proven popular.
According to the Homes in the Glen website, only nine of the 149 new homes built as part of the development are still on the market. The remaining homes, all of which are townhouses, are listed for between $368,690 and $488,525.
