A Texas based private equity firm has sold a 48,991-square foot office building at 2601 Patriot Boulevard for nearly $12.8 million, according to Chicago Real Estate Daily.
A venture of Cole Real Estate Investments Inc. purchased the 48,991-square-foot building, which houses the headquarters of hearing aid company Beltone, according to Chicago Real Estate Daily.
