Glenbrook South Loses to Schaumburg in Playoff Opener

The Titans ended the game with only one touchdown, to a score of 42-7, cementing their season record with five wins, five losses.

It was a tough loss for Glenbrook South, who couldn't seem to make their game work against Schaumburg. The final score at the playoff opener was 42-7.

“Our energy level wasn’t there,” senior linebacker Sean Garvey told the Chicago Sun-Times. “It was hard to play from behind like that. We prepared hard all week, and I thought we were ready to go.”

The Titans had an impressive streak to defend this year — they have reached the playoffs five years in a row and always win at least one game, according to the Glenview Announcements.
