Police Get Access to Live Video Inside Glenbrook South During Emergencies

Police officers and firefighters will have access to live video feed from cameras installed in public areas throughout the school.

A new village-school district agreement will give Glenview police officers, firefighters and paramedics access to live video feed from Glenbrook South High School security cameras, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Under the agreement, which still needs to be approved by the village, emergency responders can use the cameras for training and emergency situations only, not police investigations, the Tribune reports
