Glenbrook South Baseball Loses in Evanston Comeback
The CSL South title holder gave up four runs in a 7-6 loss to Evanston High School.
Evanston came back with four runs in the fifth sixth innings to beat the CSL South champion Glenbrook South 7-6 on Wednesday, the Evanston Review.
GBS beat Evanston last week in a conferance game to earn the CSL South title.
“I told (the team) after the game that any time you come back against a really good team, especially coming back late, it’s something,” Evanston coach Frank Consiglio told the Evanston Review.
