PGA's Champions Tour Arrives in Glenview Next Week
The Encompass Championship for players 50 and older happens at the North Shore Country Club.

The second annual Encompass Championship tournament will be played next week (June 16-22) at North Shore Country Club, 1340 Glenview Road. Part of the PGA Tour's Champions Tour, for players age 50 and older, the field includes 26 of the top 30 players on the 2013 Champions Tour money list, including Bernhard Langer, Kenny Perry, David Frost, Hale Irwin, Tom Kite and last year's champion, Craig Stadler. Here are some other opportunities for visitors to the tournament:
- The Encompass Fan Zone, along the 18th fairway, offers interactive games, photo opportunities with players and daily prizes and giveaways.
- On Tuesday, June 17, the inaugural Executive Women's Day features a who's who of women business leaders in the Chicago area.
- The Web.com Small Business Summit from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, June 19, is aimed at helping small businesses successfully grow their enterprises online.
