I work in the area and occasionally use my lunch hour to get mani/pedi here. I have always had a good experience. The facility is clean and professional. I am both greeted and exited warmly. They ALWAYS fit me in, even when I call at the last minute. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is good. They have even provided me complimentary purse size hand lotion on occasion. They take extreme care to make sure you leave in a state that is least likely to smudge your nails, with extra drying treatments or shoe protectors if nescessary. If I have any complaint all it is merely that I find the background music a snooze and that the quality of the massage aspect of the service varies greatly depending on the person providing the service. As for tipping, I acknowledge that the service is offered at a better price that at many other establishments, particularly in this area, and I make sure the technicians are not taking the hit for that, so I have NEVER had them challenge my tips as the other reviewer suggests.

Don't go here! I first walked in and nobody acknowledged me until I said "hello?" I came in for a mani/pedi and when I tipped the lady (Anny), she told me I did not tip enough. That's right...she asked if I had more money to give her for her tip. What??!! I ended up tipping her $7. *(The amount tipped, will neither make me or break me) I came in for a service & paid for my service. TIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMERS DISCRETION!...I did not come in to pay her hourly wage. Greedy!!Ridiculous!! I will NEVER go back, absoultely unbelievable.
