I have been working with George for 5 months, and each month I have set goals and met them. While I have had good experiences in the past with trainers that ascribe closely to the Poliquin method, George applies a balanced approach that enables me to focus on general fitness and sports specific goals at the same time (soccer). He is absolutely dependable (always on time), well-organized (communicates via email and text messages), and enthusiastic about what he does. George is Great! Prior to meeting George, I did cardio exercise ~4 days a week but I wasn’t losing weight. As a middle-aged mother of two, I was quite reluctant to work with a personal trainer…at a gym catered to personal trainers. George didn’t promise a silver bullet, but he said he could help me if I was willing to work hard and have a more disciplined diet. He took away all of the reasons why I shouldn’t exercise…he was flexible to meet my scheduling demands, he varied the workouts to keep it interesting, he was fun to chat with during the workout, and I saw results. I lost weight and started to build muscle definition that I never thought I could do. I had no idea it would be so fun to work out with weights! I highly recommend training with George.
