Bright and Cheery???? Seriously? The staff is arrogant and condescending. The dispatcher couldn't even figure out how to work the credit card machine. I had to tell him how to fix it. A friend is the condo board president and they were just as arrogant to her about how to get my car back. I would look elsewhere if looking for a towing company for your property. Please do not give this company your business. They need to be put out of business.
Red's Towing

Red's Towing is not your typical towing lot. The office is bright and cheery, the usual junkyard dog is replaced with a sweet poodle, and the staff is quite welcoming. A Glenview staple since 1960 and now run by Jean-Luc Doliveira, this family-owned and operated business also offers a large inventory of used auto parts, in addition to towing services and roadside assistance. Red's might just be the friendliest tow company in town. As one of its staff says, "we don't just tow cars, we rescue people."

Absolute BS this company is the scum of the earth they have no sole or sense of right and wrong. I am a member of a 24 hour fitness center and they towed my car from the lot of the facility even though I am a member. After explaining the issue they refused to release the car even though common sense and community dictates the right choice would to be to admit they made a mistake. Frankly how 5 municipalities employ this thug opporation is a new concern of mine and will try to make the public aware of their practices.

my concern is that you're organization is hiding behind legalities and are not focusing on ethical ways of doing business. You towed a visitor's car that had a note explaining how the his keys got locked in the car and was waiting for someone to drop off a spare key.The reason they left a note instead of a pass was because the owner couldnt find his passes for the complex; therefore, the unitowner signed the note. All you had to do is give the guy an hour for someone to take the key to him. The car was not obstructing anything and there were plenty of parking spaces that were vacant. As you can see, this is legal, but just not ethical. Another case was actually mine. I spent the night at the complex and i did everything right by posting a visitors pass. The only mistake was that my pen was dull and not writing well. I got the pen working by scribbling on some paper and went over the dates. Because i traced the dates, they considered that as altering the date and basically accussed me of using the same pass. And yes, im not stupid, I understand that on the top of the pass it reads "any visible alterations will void the pass".--- And yes perhaps someone can argue that tracing can be altering, but if you used reasoning, logic, and a little bit of ethical consideration... these cars should of never been towed, especially at the rate of $175 per tow. In addition, their professionalism is poor. They will ignore you and talk down on you with unjust rudeness.
