Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol Dec. 29 at 8:02 p.m. John Hager, 59, of Wheeling was arrested in the 3500 block of Milwaukee Avenue and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence -- BAC of .09 or more and failure to yield to a pedestrian. He was released on a $1,000 bond. His court date has been set for Feb. 6.
