The owners of Ginza Steak and Sushi Buffet, which is set to open right after New Year's, are investing $1 million in remodeling and decorating the restaurant, said General Manager David Kuo. "It will have a beautiful bar area and a huge buffet table with more than 100 items," Kuo said. "There will be lots of seafood, sushi, stir fry, grill and dessert."
