The Glenview Plan Commission approved the construction of a new fitness center on a vacant lot on Waukegan Rd.
A 8,975-square-foot vacant lot at 1841 Waukegan Rd. could be occupied by a new fitness center soon, after the Glenview Plan Commission approved local resident, Mike Ipjian's, proposal to build a facility on the lot, the Chicago Tribune reports. Ipjian, a basketball trainer from Glenview, says he might call the facility Elite Center, and use it for yoga classes in the morning and youth basketball training in the afternoons, according to the Chicago Tribune.
