A repeat DUI offender faces felony charges following a weekend arrest.
Glenview Police Department arrests Aug. 24-26. Aggravated Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol On Aug. 24 at 10:06 p.m., Richard Wolnik, 51, of Mt. Prospect, was arrested in the 4700 block of West Lake Ave. and charged with aggravated driving under the influence for the 3rd or subsequent time, driving under the influence - felony, driving under the influence of alcohol - BAC .08 or more, Possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis and improper lane usage. An elderly woman from Glencoe is charged with shoplifting; out-of-towner nabbed on warrant arrest.
Glenview Police Department arrests Aug. 22-23 Retail Theft On Aug. 22 at 3 p.m., Kevin Stamos, 52, of Chicago, was arrested in the 5900 block of Richmond St., Chicago, and charged with retail theft. The charge is related to an incident that occurred on Jan. 10 in the 2900 block of Patriot Blvd. He was transported to court on Aug. 23, appeared before a judge and received a $5,000 bond. Warrant On Aug. 23 at 5:59 a.m., Katherine Anderson, 27, of Deerfield, was arrested at the Lake County Jail, 25 S. Martin Luther King Ave., Waukegan, on a Cook County Warrant.
