Holiday Guide: Santa Claus is Coming to Town
Join the jolly old elf for breakfast, dessert or just a photo as he skips through Glenview over the next few weeks.
Santa Claus kicks off the holiday season in Glenview when he joins the Holiday in the Park and Parade on November 24. The parade begins at Noon and end at Jackman Park where children will have the opportunity to visit with Santa. There will also be hay rides, a train ride for kids provided by Kohl’s Children Museum, carolers, cookies, hot chocolate, hot apple cider, and popcorn. Make holiday reservations for Breakfast with Santa at the Glenview Park Golf Club Cafe, 800 Shermer Road. Santa will be there December 1, 8 and 15. There will be two seatings available, at 9:30 and 11:30 a.m. each day. Enjoy a breakfast buffet for $14 / person, children under two are free. Reservations can be made by calling 847-657-3200.
