Beloved husband of Margaret “Mitty” Higley, nee Uriell; loving father of Patrick, Mark and Elizabeth Higley; dear brother of William (Mary) Higley and the late Susan (Patrick) Kordas; brother-in-law of Tom, Bill (Sherri), Mike Uriell and Mary (John) Mooney; caring uncle of Catherine, Callie, Kathleen, Patricia, Molly, Bobby, Annie, Corey, David, Ben, Kathryn, Sara, and Clair.
