As the facility renovates to include paddle tennis courts, the Glenview Park Board approved to change the destination's name.
The Glenview Park Board has agreed to rename the National 9 Golf Club to Glenview Prairie Club to reflect the facility's upcoming paddle tennis courts that are currently under construction, according to a park district press release. “As we expand our customer base to include both golf and platform tennis enthusiasts, it made sense to rename National 9 Golf Club," Cheryl Doem, Superintendent of Special Facilities at Glenview Park District, said in the release.
