Though I live in Evanston, I spend all my time in Glenview as I am the owner/operator of Zingarella, a 60-seat restaurant and bakery in the Glen.  I am a total foodie, read cookbooks like novels, and have a passion for baking.  In addition to my culinary interests, I enjoy singing opera and reading.
