Midwest Palliative &amp; Hospice CareCenter is a nonprofit, community-based healthcare organization providing hospice, palliative care and grief support. Our mission is<b> </b>to provide world-class palliative and end-of-life care.

We serve communities in north and northwest Chicago, the north and northwest suburbs, and Lake County. Each year, more than 3,000 individuals receive comprehensive medical care from us and hundreds of others take advantage of support services through counseling, crisis intervention and workshops.

Midwest CareCenter is licensed by the State of Illinois, accredited for hospice services by the Joint Commission and approved for Medicare and Medicaid benefits.
