Willow Creek Church Buys Last Piece of Glenview Naval Air Station
Glenview trustees sold the 40 acre lot for $22 million.
After months of discussion, Glenview trustees approved a $22 million sale of the last remaining lot from the Glenview Naval Air Station to the Willow Creek Church and the property developer ER James, the Glenview Announcements reports.
ER James plans to build 173 homes on their side of the 40-acre lot at Shermer and West Lake roads, while Willow Creek intends to build a 72,000-square foot church on the north end of the site, according to the Glenview Announcements.
